Supporting parents and caregivers for Perinatal Mental Health Week

Next week is Perinatal Mental Health Week (23–29 November 2025), a time to raise awareness and support the emotional wellbeing of new and expecting parents. The week highlights that mental health challenges during pregnancy and early parenthood are common and treatable, and that timely support can make a difference. To assist health practitioners, eMHPrac’s Brief Guide for New and Expecting Parents provides practical information and links to trusted digital mental health resources that can be shared with new and expecting parents and caregivers.
