This factsheet is designed for Health Practitioners new to using digital mental health resources with their clients, searching for quality digital mental health resources for their clients or seeking to learn more about the evidence behind digital mental health. ‘Health Practitioners’ can include GPs and other Medical Specialists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, OTs, Physiotherapists, Nurse, Pharmacists, Guidance Officers, Peer Support Workers and anyone else who might be assisting people with mental health concerns.
