This factsheet is designed for Health Practitioners new to using digital mental health resources with their clients or patients. ‘Health Practitioners’ can include GPs and other Medical Specialists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, OTs, Physiotherapists, Nurse, Pharmacists, Guidance Officers, Peer Support Workers and anyone else who might be assisting people with mental health concerns.
