This factsheet provides brief information about how digital mental health resources can help high school teachers support students and families, and suggests a range of Australian, evidence-based, free and low-cost digital mental health resources suitable for high school teachers to direct students and families to.
The types of digital resources suggested include:
- Free phone and online counselling services, including crisis services.
- Online programs and websites providing up-to-date information and targeted treatment for mental health issues in high school students (and support for their families).
- Apps providing useful skills and strategies relevant to high school students.
