Reflecting on Digital Mental Health Musings in 2024

We just released the last episode of our Digital Mental Health Musings podcast for the year where we look back on all our conversations and the topics we explored in 2024.

Each season we aim to explore health practitioners attitudes around digital mental health resources, to understand the barriers and benefits, and the challenges and opportunities health practitioners may encounter. We bring together the latest developments and insights for experts in the field to help support our listeners to incorporate digital mental health resources and services into their own practice.

This year we are thankful to have been able to bring you some fantastic conversations with health practitioners sharing their personal experiences, challenges and techniques for using digital mental health resources in practice with patients and clients. We explored the different ways digital resources can be built into our practice, and support our own professional development. And finally, we were also able to take listeners behind the scenes of two exciting new digital mental health resources for young Australians.
