A word from WellMob
Using WellMob in practice videos
Our new WellMob video series was created to help health and wellbeing practitioners confidently use digital Social and Emotional Wellbeing (d-SEWB) resources with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. The series covers practical topics such as introducing digital resources into consultations, matching resources to a person’s needs and digital confidence, following up after recommendations, and using WellMob to support culturally safe practice and health promotion.
Guided by the insights, experiences and expertise of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the videos were developed through ongoing consultation and collaboration. Every aspect of the series, from the language and visuals to the key messages, was carefully designed to be strengths-based, culturally safe and practical for everyday use.
We hope the series supports meaningful conversations, strengthens practitioner confidence, and helps improve access to culturally relevant Social and Emotional Wellbeing resources. Watch the series here.

Invitation to participate in a digital mental health survey
We are currently undertaking a national survey of Australian health practitioners to examine the current knowledge, views, and use of digital mental health among the mental health workforce.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will inform future workforce support, service development, and policy direction in the digital mental health sector.
Participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time by exiting the survey. The survey is anonymous and no identifying information is collected.
Access the full study information and survey here or if you have any questions about the study, please feel free to contact us at emhprac@qut.edu.au.
