Check out our new youth research evidence factsheet!

We have recently released a youth-focused overview of the research evidence supporting various digital mental health resource types, offering insights into their efficacy and impact for young people aged 12–25. This factsheet also highlights several Australian digital services with strong evidence of effectiveness in supporting youth mental health. It is an essential resource for clinicians, researchers, and policymakers aiming to integrate evidence-based digital tools into mental health care for young people. Access the factsheet on our website here.
New WellMob resource sheets: Top picks for practitioners

We’re excited to share our WellMob website’s updated Resource Sheets for Workers, a shortcut to our top picks of Indigenous social and emotional wellbeing resources. Made for practitioners working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, these sheets cover 18 essential topics like sleep, anxiety, cultural identity, racism and many more. There are also sheets for your professional development including ‘Understanding the impact of colonisation.’ Each sheet has been updated to include the best culturally safe resources uploaded to the WellMob website in 2024 to support holistic health and wellbeing.
Celebrating the International Day of People with Disability

Last month we marked the International Day of People with Disability under the theme “Amplifying the Leadership of Persons with Disabilities for an Inclusive and Sustainable Future.” This theme reminds us of the critical role people with disabilities play in driving change and shaping a more equitable society—including in mental health care. Digital mental health tools can empower individuals with disabilities by providing accessible, person-centered resources that support their leadership and wellbeing. Explore eMHPrac’s factsheet Digital Mental Health for Health Issues and Disability to learn about digital resources designed to foster inclusion and accessibility for those with physical health issues and disabilities.
