ANZAC Day

Honoring those Lost and Supporting Veterans’ Mental Health

The 25th of April is the national day of commemoration of Australia and New Zealand for victims of war and for recognition of the role of their armed forces. While we remember their sacrifice, it’s also important to support the mental health of our veterans. There is a range of digital mental health resources designed for veterans, including Fighting Fit, High Res, and Go Beyond.

Introducing eMHPrac’s Digital Mental Health Musings Podcast Season 3

Digital Mental Health Musings is back in 2023 and we are thrilled to once again bring you the latest news and expert opinion in digital mental health.

The first episode will be available on April 25th here where we will talk to Dr Sally Fitzpatrick from Everymind about Minds Together, a new online program to help family and friends support a loved one. You can also catch up on previous episodes where we cover the ins and outs of starting digital mental health with clients, burnout in clinical practice, spotlights on digital mental health providers and much more.
