The MHomentum Conference is an annual event hosted by the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association for health professionals to network, gain international perspectives on mental health research and walk away with actionable strategies and information to enhance their work.

The event aims to support attendees professional growth with presentations on up-to-date mental health research from around the world, innovative approaches to treatment, strategies for inter-section collaboration and more.

This year the theme is ‘MHomentum: Igniting Change for the Mental Health Sector’.
