An online support platform giving Young Carers access to workshops, games, educational and life resources, forums and support.

The Dreamers Hub is a centralised online support platform for young people with family members affected by disability, illness or addiction. Experience a 24/7 interactive community full of resources, forums, games, and instant support, providing Young Carers with a dedicated place to connect, learn and have fun. No matter where you are, if you’re a Young Carer, you’re welcome on the Hub!

Who is The Dreamers Hub for?

The Dreamers Hub is designed for Young Carers between the ages of 12-25, who provide unpaid care for a family member or loved one with a disability, illness or addiction.


Is there a cost to use The Dreamers Hub?

There is no cost to being a member of the Dreamers Hub.


How to access The Dreamers Hub

The Dreamers Hub can be accessed online at https://www.dreamershub.com.au/. Registration with a username, email, password, first name, last name, date of birth, state and country is required to access all of the program features.


How is The Dreamers Hub kept safe and secure?

The Dreamers Hub has trained moderators who are all staff members and all posts are approved by a moderator before being made live. Full names are also not visible on the Hub. We have a strict policy against, bullying, hate, spam and explicit content and a profanity filter which sensors inappropriate language.
