About OCD? Not Me!

The OCD? Not Me! Program is an online treatment program for young people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The program is based on the gold standard face-to-face treatment for OCD.  The program involves 8 stages, designed to be undertaken over 8 weeks, and provides young people with information, tips, activities, and support to help them to overcome the symptoms of OCD.

The program also provides support for parents and caregivers, with weekly information and tips to help them manage their child’s OCD and support them through the program.

OCD? Not Me! was co-founded and is currently directed by Professor Clare Rees and Dr Rebecca Anderson from the School of Psychology at Curtin University.


Who is OCD? Not Me! for?

The OCD? Not Me! Program is designed for young people aged 12-18 with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

The program can be used as a self-help tool (Self-Help version), or can be used with the supervision of a therapist (Therapist-Assisted version).


Is there a cost to use OCD? Not Me!

There is no cost to access and use the program.

Young People registering for the program must have consent from a parent/caregiver and provide their email address, as well as nominate a password before receiving a participant ID number. Before undertaking the OCD? Not Me! program users must complete a brief screening assessment to determine their suitability for the program.
