Free, confidential mental health support pathways for active and retired emergency service workers and volunteers aged 18 years and over, to manage the impact of trauma experienced at work. Includes an online mental health check-up for depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7) and PTSD (PTSD-8) with brief feedback, recommendations for trauma-specialist support options, and a collection of mental health resources, tools, and advice. Eligible emergency service workers can also access up to 12 telehealth sessions with a trauma-informed clinical psychologist without requiring a referral from a GP.
