A free, self-guided or own-clinician-supported digital therapeutic web-based platform offering screening tool (IOI-S) and CBT-based online programs (eTherapies) for people experiencing eating disorder symptoms. The eClinic offers a 10-module program and a brief 4-module program for binge eating/bulimia symptoms (16 years+), and an 11-module program for restrictive or binge eating concerns (12 years+, under clinical trial). They also offer a program for support people, offering practical strategies for families supporting someone with an eating disorder (16 years+). Offers an accompanying Toolbox of self-monitoring tools to plan and log meals and track thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
The health professional hub enables clinicians to directly refer clients to specific programs, monitor program completion and outcome measures, and access client Toolbox data. Online programs are not suitable for people in acute medical and/or psychological crisis, or with diagnoses of anorexia nervosa, ARFID, pica, rumination disorder, or body dysmorphic disorder.
