Available via telephone and webchat 24/7, the helpline is staffed by trauma specialist counsellors who provide support and advice in managing the impacts, safety planning and seeking help for survivors or those worried about someone else. Interpreters are available on request. Specialist Rainbow Helpline (1800 497 212) provides 24/7 counselling for anyone from the LGBTIQA+ community or their support people.
