About Fortem

Fortem Australia is a not-for-profit organisation founded to provide specialised wellbeing and mental fitness support to first responders and their families. Using research and best practice Fortem aims to create healthier, more resilient first responder families, helping them deal with things like lone parenting, worrying about their loved ones at work, and first responders stress or trauma.

Fortem ‘s website porvides first responders and their families with a suite of wellbeing resources. Users can access and download guides to help learn more about looking after their health and wellbeing such as family rituals, PTSD, identity, social connection, and many more.

Who is Fortem for?

Fortem is for first responders and their families, or anyone who knows a first responder who may be in need of mental health and wellbeing support.
