Free CBT and IPT-based online, self-directed programs, for people over 16 years to help manage symptoms associated with depression, anxiety and worry, and social anxiety, and for wellbeing support through divorce and separation, and loss and bereavement. Each program includes information and interactive exercises and workbooks teaching skills and strategies. Also includes screening tools (GDS, GAS and SOPHS) with brief feedback and guidance on seeking help.
