A free, online portal for people who use alcohol and other drugs and their family and friends, to guide them to suitable support services. The portal uses the ASSIST model, which explores risks associated with alcohol and/or substance use and an individual’s motivation to change. The portal provides general feedback, information, and links people to online or face-to-face specialist drug and alcohol services close to their suburb. Allows users to translate the portal into over 100 languages and use accessibility features such as text to speech and focus tools.
