Smiling Mind

A free app and website teaching evidence-based mental fitness skills, including mindfulness meditation, to help people of all ages and stages thrive. There are dedicated programs for children 3 to 12 years (including Smiling Mind Creek: short, animated episodes teaching social and emotional wellbeing lessons for children aged 3 to 8), youth 13 to 18 years, adults, families, educators, and workplaces. The evidence-based tools support people to learn fun and interactive ways to maintain their mental health.
