About the OCD and Anxiety Helpline

The OCD and Anxiety Helpline provides support, information, and referrals to people with anxiety disorders as well as their families, carers, and mental health care providers.

The OCD and Anxiety Helpline aims to assist callers to understand and manage symptoms of anxiety disorders and depression, to identify problems and barriers to recovery, to more effectively deal with the impact of their disorder on family and relationships, and to develop self-management skills. They also aim to provide appropriate and accurate information about anxiety disorders and evidence-based treatment interventions, and referral to professional, community, and health services.

The OCD and Anxiety Helpline is for anyone with an anxiety disorder, as well as their families, carers, and mental health care providers.


Is there a cost to use the OCD and Anxiety Helpline?

Calls from a landline will be charged the cost of a local call. Calls from mobiles will be charged at a higher rate.
