Heidi also ran a workshop at the recent TheMHS Conference in Brisbane (https://www.themhs.org/annual-conference/)

The workshop focused on choosing mental health apps and online resources and how do we know if they are safe to use. Participants were able to explore the digital mental health gateway Head to Health and find evidence-based resources that could be helpful for them or their clients. Heidi and Research Assistant Ashleigh Harris also spoke with many conference delegates at our trade exhibit and distributed many practitioner resource guides, brochures and merchandise.
