Digital Mental Health Workshops in WA

Are you based in WA and looking to strengthen your approach to digital mental health care?

This March, eMHPrac, in partnership with the WA Primary Health Alliance, is delivering free face-to-face workshops across the state.

Designed for GPs and health professionals who provide mental health support, this practical training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to integrate evidence-based digital mental health tools into everyday practice. Discover new ways to improve accessibility, enhance patient engagement, and expand guided care options. Come along and meet Heidi Sturk (Director of eMHPrac), David Edwards (Director of WellMob) and Dr. Jan Orman (a GP with extensive experience using digital mental health tools with her patients).

Mental Health Nurses’ Day

Mental health nurses transform lived through their knowledge, empathy, and advocacy, supporting people and families at some of their most vulnerable moments. As we mark Mental Health Nurses’ Day on 21 February, we want to recognise and thank mental health nurses for the vital role they play in communities across Australia. To celebrate, the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses is hosting a Mental Health Nurses’ Day 2026 webinar on Friday 20 February, 3:00-5:00pm AEDT, featuring the presentation of the Mental Health Nurse of the Year award and a keynote from Dr Lesley Barr.

If you’re a mental health nurse (or work alongside one), you may find our referral resources helpful, available online or to order in hard copy.

DadBooster Now Available

Developed by the Parent-Infant Research Institute (PIRI), DadBooster is now publically available following its research phase. Based on the success of MumMoodBooster, DadBooster builds on the same cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles and had its own evidence base demonstrating effectiveness in supporting fathers experiencing depression.
