A big year for eMHPrac: Our Annual Impact Report is out now

Our Impact Report for FY 2024–2025 is out, and it’s a chance to pause and reflect on a big year for eMHPrac. Over the past 12 months, our training has supported over 30,000 health professionals, we have distributed over 34,000 hard copy resources, and saw strong engagement across our digital platforms. The report highlights the impact of this work, our continued focus on culturally safe practice through WellMob, and how we’re supporting health practitioners to make digital mental health a practical, trusted part of everyday care.

To wrap up a significant year, eMHPrac has also received a major boost, with the Australian Government announcing $5.3 million in funding to support and expand the program. This investment will allow eMHPrac to continue growing its impact, strengthening culturally safe practice, and supporting access to digital mental health care across Australia.

Have your say on the regulation of digital mental health resources

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), part of the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, is seeking feedback through a short Digital Mental Health Tools User Survey to inform how digital mental health apps, websites and AI-based tools are regulated in Australia. The survey is open to people who use digital mental health tools, as well as health practitioners and organisations who recommend or refer to them, and takes around 5–10 minutes to complete. Your input will help ensure these tools are safe, appropriate and fit for purpose as their use continues to grow, with the option to provide an email address for updates at the end of the survey.
