NAIDOC 2025: Strength, Vision & Legacy – Supporting SEWB with WellMob

This year’s NAIDOC theme celebrates 50 years of a movement grounded in justice, culture, and identity, and calls on all of us to uplift the next generation with strength, vision, and legacy. WellMob aligns with this theme by offering a digital library of social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) resources made by mob, for mob.

Health and community workers can use the WellMob online resource library to walk alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, supporting healing, resilience, and culturally safe care. Whether you’re looking for tools to strengthen your practice, engage clients, or build SEWB-informed approaches, WellMob empowers you to honour the past while building a stronger future.

MOST Now Available Nationally for Young People

Orygen’s digital mental health platform, MOST (Moderated Online Social Therapy), has officially launched nationwide. Young people aged 15–25 can now self-register for support via MOST, giving them access to evidence-based therapeutic content, a clinician, moderated peer support, and digital tools tailored to their mental health journey. For younger users aged 12–14, access is still available, but requires a personal invitation link from a participating partner service.

  • MOST (12–25 yrs): Free digital mental health support with moderated online communities.
  • MyCircle by Kids Helpline (12–25 yrs): A safe, confidential peer support platform.
  • SANE Forums: Moderated peer support for adults (18+) with complex or persistent mental health issues.
