New Additions to the eMHPrac Digital Mental Health Directory

The eMHPrac Digital Mental Health Resource Directory for Health Practitioners is a comprehensive list of free or low-cost Australian digital mental health resources, which are government funded or developed by safe and reputable organisations and informed by established evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This directory is designed to support health practitioners to find safe, high quality digital mental health resources to use in their practice, and choose the right resources for their patients or clients.

The resources listed in this guide and on our online directory are regularly reviewed by the eMHPrac team to ensure they are up to date, providing Health Practitioners with accurate, insightful information about digital resources they can use with their clients. A new edition of the eMHPrac Guide to Digital Mental Health Resources for Health Practitioners will be released at the end of this month and feature all the latest resource updates, new resources, and insights on how to use digital mental health in practice.
