About Wellways Helpline

Wellways is a telephone and email support and referral service, providing information and support for people experiencing mental health issues, their family, friends, and carers. It is confidential, free national service and all the workers have lived experience with mental health issues. The Wellways Helpline aims to help people feeling socially isolated, looking for information about mental health support, or just needing someone to talk to.

Who is Wellways Helpline for?

Wellways Helpline is for anyone who is experiencing digital mental health issues, feeling isolated, looking for advice on mental health services or simply need someone to talk to.

Wellways Helpline also provides information and support to the family, friends, and carers of people with a mental health condition.

Is there a cost to use Wellways Helpline?

No – Wellways Helpline is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit organisation.
