About Planet Puberty

Planet Puberty is a digital resource from Family Planning NSW that aims to provide parents and carers of children with intellectual disability and/or autism. Their website provides the latest information, strategies and resources for supporting their child through puberty.

Co-designed with adults with intellectual disability and/or autism across Australia, as well as parents and carers, Planet Puberty provides relevant and useful information on growing children’s bodies, getting to know new emotions, relationships, keeping safe, identity, and how to best support your child.

Who is Planet Puberty for?

Planet Puberty is designed for parents and guardians of kids with intellectual disability and autism approaching or going through puberty.
