Free online wellbeing program or app for adult friends and family members of an adult with brain cancer. The program aims to help people feel more prepared to cope with their distress, problems and worries. The program teaches coping tools based on the transactional stress model, ACT, mindfulness, and self-compassion approaches. It contains information on coping with stress, communication, living with uncertainty, preparing for neurosurgery, and end of life.
