A brief, self-guided app to support young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People aged 12 to 25 years in rural, remote, and urban settings at risk of distress and suicide. Developed with First Nations young people living in Mbantua (Alice Springs) and Garramilla (Darwin) under the guidance of Arrente, Larrakia and Kungarakan Elders, the app embeds guidance from Elders, builds connection with Country and language and uses some mindfulness-based techniques through a trauma-informed, SEWB lens. Recommended for use with a support service.
