The event aims to improve access to quality mental health support for Australian’s living in rural and remote communities, as well as reducing stigma and breaking cultural barriers.\nThis year the theme is ‘Championing Stories of Innovation, Resilience and Endurance’, how people are paving the way for change in rural and remote communities. Hear from mental health experts, network with service providers and unite with fellow workers to provide greater mental health accessibility, support, and services to rural and remote communities.\nParticipate in our workshop on Utilising Digital Options for Mental Health Prevention and Early Intervention in Rural and Remote Settings, presented by eMHprac Directory Heidi Sturk and Senior Training Facilitator Carol Purtell.
