The SpringboarD Project is a randomised controlled trial of an online self-help program for improving daily functioning and emotional wellbeing in people with type 2 diabetes. The study is being conducted by the Black Dog Institute, UNSW Australia and The University of Melbourne.
The SpringboarD Project will examine a new approach to improving daily functioning and emotional wellbeing in people with type 2 diabetes. The new approach uses an online self-help tool that is available 24/7 to teach people skills and techniques to better manage the thoughts, feelings and lifestyle behaviours that cause them trouble.
Who is SpringboarD for?
SpringboarD targets 18-75 year olds who have type 2 diabetes.
