About Parents in Parenting PLUS (PiP+)

Partners in Parenting PLUS (PiP+) is the new, updated, evidence-based parenting program designed to help parents raise their teenager with confidence.  This program brings together decades of high-quality research evidence and international experts on parenting and youth mental health. The interactive program aims to deliver this information, and build skills and confidence to help protect their teen from depression and anxiety disorders.

The program begins with an online assessment, followed by 10 interactive modules based on their personal assessment. The modules can be completed in any order and parents can choose which modules they want to do. Parents also get access to the PiP+ online community where they can meet parents who are also raising teenagers and learn from each other’s experiences.


Who is Partners in Parenting PLUS (PiP+) for?

Partners in Parenting PLUS (PiP+) is designed to help parents and guardians of teenagers aged 12 to 17 who live in Australia, are fluent in English and have regular internet access. The program is designed to help parents whose teenagers who are not yet experiencing difficulties with depression and anxiety.
