About Partners in Parenting

Partners in Parenting: Preventing Depression and Anxiety is an interactive online parenting program designed to empower parents to promote resilience in their child and stay connected with them through the tough teenage years.

The study aims to evaluate whether an online program providing parents with personalised information and tips on parenting strategies is effective in improving parents’ knowledge about teenage depression and anxiety and parenting behaviours, hence preventing or reducing the impact of depression and anxiety in their teenager.

Partners in Parenting is for parents or guardians of teenagers aged 12-15.
