About MotherCare

The MotherCare Project aims to discover better ways to care for the psychological wellbeing of mothers, particularly in supporting mothers to cope with difficult thoughts and feelings about their childbirth and early feeding experiences. Mothers of babies aged 3 to 24 months can access free-of-charge online information and exercises designed to promote their wellbeing as part of this research study.


Who is MotherCare for?

MotherCare is for mothers aged 18 years or over who have given birth within the last two years.


Is there a cost to use MotherCare?

No, there is no cost to participate in the research trial.
